David Stricker
received a BS in Criminology from the University of Minnesota
at Duluth and an MED from the University of Minnesota at Twin
Cities. For a number of years he enjoyed the challenges of
designing and constructing diverse residential and light commercial
buildings. For the last decade, his focus has been technology
education. David has taught grades 7-12, and has worked as
a teaching specialist with pre-service technology educators.
While pursuing a PhD at the University of Minnesota, David
hopes to discover and share effective new theories and practices
that will positively affect students. His long term goals
include teaching at the K-12 and/or at the university level.
He also plans to participate in research and publishing, educational
committees, and educational conferences.
